David has over 25 years of global leadership in pharma and medical devices. He served in executive roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals—including SVP of Global Operations—before joining QMD .

Amitai Pollak
Amitai brings 25+ years in IT leadership, including senior roles such as SVP AWS Managed Services at AllCloud and SVP Business Applications at Yael Group. He also served as CIO for international markets at Teva Pharmaceuticals. At QMD, he drives Global IT strategy, operations, cybersecurity, business application, Cloud migration, and digital transformations.

Kelly Marie Dureiko
Kelly brings more than 35 years of expertise in finance, process optimization, and audit oversight. Before QMD, she held multiple leadership roles including CFO of the GE LED Lighting business during her 16-year tenure at General Electric.
Education:

BS in Accountancy, Miami University; MBA, Case Western Reserve University; CPA (since 1992); Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Kelly Marie Dureiko

Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Maya leads QMD’s Degania and Biometrix Commercial Business Units, overseeing strategy, sales, marketing, and customer partnerships. With over 17 years of experience in the medical device industry, she has held diverse leadership roles across product management, business development, and commercial operations at Luminis, Syneron and other Medical Devices companies.
Education:

BSc in Information Technologies and MBA, both from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Jean Romuald Bonnin
Jean leads QMD’s Arthesys Commercial and R&D Business Unit. With over 25 years of experience in the medical device industry, he has held diverse leadership roles at B. Braun Medical, Climdal, and other leading healthcare companies. Jean is passionate about driving the international growth of Arthesys while advancing its product innovation. He is strongly committed to customer service excellence and ensuring the highest standards of product performance and service.

Jean Romuald Bonnin

EVP, Arthesys Commercial Business Unit

With nearly three decades of leadership across automotive, lighting, consumer electronics, and medical devices, Vikas first joined QMD as Plant Manager in India before ascending to his current global role. Earlier, he held Plant Manager role at Schneider Electric and Operation head at Philips Lighting.

B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur university and Post graduation in Marketing Management.

Ariela Rubinchik
With over 25 years of experience, Ariela leads QMD’s global HR team, supporting associates across multiple sites. She is dedicated to aligning people strategies with business purpose and performance. Prior to QMD, she served as VP of HR at Afimilk, driving HR strategy through an international expansion phase.

BA in Human Resources and MBA in Work Studies & Organizational Development from Tel Aviv University.

Tali Raz
Tali leads the Global Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs functions for QMD’s Degania and Biometrix BUs. She brings extensive experience in QA/RA leadership across both the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to joining QMD, Tali held leadership roles at Teva Pharmaceuticals and Medimor – Contract Manufacturing.
Education:

Biotechnology Practical Engineer from Ort Braude College and Quality Engineer from Technion institute and Certified Lead Auditor from Standard Institute of Israel.

VP Global QA/RA – Degania and Biometrix Business Units

Vikas brings 25+ years of operational leadership, quality management, project execution, and lean transformation. Before QMD, he held senior positions at Philips and Schneider Electric.
Education:

Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Punjab Technical University, India. Certified Six Sigma Green Belt & Lean Advanced Practitioner (Philips University).

Vikas Jund

VP Operations India

Atul joined QMD in 2018 as a Project Manager, later served as Engineering Manager and he was recently appointed to QMD Global QA/RA Leader for the ARTHESYS Business Unit. With over 24 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, he is a seasoned engineering professional recognized for his expertise in Project Management, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Quality Management Systems. He is passionate about building and mentoring high-performing teams, while driving process excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across global operations.
Education:

Mechanical Engineering, CCET/AMIE, India. Certified Six Sigma Green Belt & Lean Advanced Practitioner (from Philips University).

Atul Malik

VP Global QA/RA – Arthesys Business Unit

Hagit has 25+ years in manufacturing leadership, with a strong focus on operations management, quality systems, lean culture, and continuous improvement. She previously held director-level roles at Spuntech Industries, Palram Americas, and Nilit Ltd.
Education:

BSc in Engineering & Management (Cum Laude), Technion – Israel Institute of Technology. STEP Honoree by the Manufacturing Institute (USA). Advanced Lean Training, Lean Enterprise Institute.

Hagit Gavish

VP Operations Israel

Peter offers over 28 years of experience in engineering, project management, and plant operations in the automotive and food industries. He currently serves as Operations Director for QMD Slovakia (Arthesys and Biometrix). Previously, he led initiatives at Plastic Omnium and Mondelez.
