Purpose of the job 

Perform customer service activities with a focus on customer satisfaction and on-time delivery

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Enter orders on the ERP system and track delivery dates and backorders.
  • Work with various departments to obtain delivery dates, expedite orders or process change orders.
  • Process acknowledgements and review sales and backlog reports on a daily basis.
  • Communicate schedules to customers and update them on schedule changes.
  • Be the “Voice of the Customer” within the company to satisfy customer requests.
  • Communicate verbally and in writing in a clear and precise manner.
  • Conduct job responsibilities with the highest degree of professionalism to represent the company to our customer base.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
